HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY DEVICE REPAIRED ?
Our goal is to repair your device within 3 days from receiving device to shipping the device back out to you
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A REPLACEMENT DEVICE ?
Replacement devices are typically shipped within 24 hours after receipt of your claim documents. Phones that are out of stock or drop shipped may take longer based on availability.

Go to Existing Client Services and select File A Claim -
Follow the steps online for submitting the claim -
Approved claims will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours -
Print out the shipping label attached to the approval email -
Bring the device along with the shipping label into your nearest post office -
Ship your device in a priority flat rate box or envelope that can be found at the post office -
Keep a eye on your email for any claim updates, including when we receiveyour device and a tracking number for when it is on its way back to you.
